Ptet + RBS + LuxR
Ptet is a promoter which is negative-regulated by tetR. Without tetR, Ptet begins to work and the following proteins are produced. Add other useful parts and teminator behind K332022, it can become a intact functional unit. LuxI can convert SAM, a metabolite produced by E.coli, to AHL. With luxR protein, AHL and luxR form a complex to activate Plux. Plux detect the concentration of AHL-LuxR complex and initiate the transcription of following gene.
